DUAL-LANGUAGE EARLY EDUCATION PROGRAM

The  Community Education Program: "MANOS" Dual Language Early Education, is where teachers and parents work together into build a future multicultural generation in Syracuse. MANOS UPK, is represented for children between 2 and 5 years old. This program is totally sponsored by..... and by ............

This year, due to a reduction in New York State funding, we have had to implemented a fee-for-service that is difficult for underemployed families. Many parents have lost the opportunity to improve their English and learn new job skills. Their children, 18 months through 4 years old, have to wait to begin exploring their the language and community.
